I watched “The Mist” in the theater and honestly thought it was pretty mediocre until that ending. All I remember of it now is the ending and the sub-par CGI creatures, but somehow the ending alone elevates the entire movie in my memory. Any movie that you can’t stop thinking about for a few days afterward must have

Jessie Plemons looks like a version of Matt Damon who got hit in the face with a shovel. (He’s also a terrific actor.)

I hated every time there was another Zoom call in this movie. Man this movie was a slog through the mud.

I haven’t left a movie so feeling so distressed since I watched “The Mist.” This movie really sticks with you long after it’s over and Mulligan’s performance is a big reason for that.

Maybe give it another shot. It’s a top-5 all-time romantic comedy (that I can think of right now) for me.

The theory is that they intended to hold the press conference at the Four Seasons hotel, but someone called and booked the wrong Four Seasons. The really inexplicable part is that they still held the even even after realizing that it was not the intended hotel. Whoever answered the phone at the landscaping business

I literally smile every time I’m reminded of the Four Seasons Total Landscaping debacle. Thank you for bringing it up again. Long live Four Seasons.

Woww

The Old Guard really wasn’t that bad. It had a weird soundtrack and they clearly blew a lot of the budget casting Theron, but otherwise it was nice concept that was decently executed. Couldn’t agree with you more on Extraction though.

Hey at least they’re not all sequels.

Ok but when does he offer Neo the red or blue pill?

On a school night!?!

I had a moped in college and would ride it all year round (Madison, WI) as long as the streets had been plowed. The trick was to just keep both feet on the ground like skis as you rode in case the tires slipped out.

I have this vac, doesn’t work well at all for pet hair in the car. Just fyi if you have pets.

PSA: No hyperbole, ‘Nebraska’ is the worst movie I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste $2.

It’s a crazy world we live in where the city needs you to break the law in order to generate revenue, yet breaking the law is breaking the law.

Counterpoint: Shootouts rule. Almost as exciting as sudden-death overtime.

If they want to post a new Volvo wagon article every day I’ll still read it and drool.
