Shout out to dinosaurs!

Wake me up when it won’t be defeated by stairs.

Did you read ‘The Girl with all the Gifts’ before seeing the movie? I absolutely loved the book, but thought the movie was pretty lackluster in comparison.

I wish I had enough Legos to do something awesome like this...that being said, it looks like vomit and I hate it.

I’ve always wondered why in Ep 2 (or maybe 3) Jango Fett was in Salve 1 chasing Obi Wan in an A-Wing and firing super-homing missiles and sonic charges all over the place, yet in the later movies the best the ships can do is fire straight line lasers. Why the regression in technology? So I just stop worrying about it

At FSU, this is how you become the starter.

How is he found guilty of only 10 counts of sexual misconduct when 156 women testified against him? Did his misconduct against 146 of them not matter?

As much as I loved The Last Jedi and thought Wonder Woman was pretty good (but still think WW is overrated), neither of those movies is Best Picture worthy at these awards. It’s just not the kind of awards show that gives Best Picture honors to those kind of movies. They both have a great shot at the People’s Choice

I don’t feel like Nolan would be a boring pick. The fact that this is the first time he has been nominated for Best Director is really amazing to me. While Dunkirk is far from my favorite Nolan film, it’s hard to argue that he didn’t do something truly unique in the film.

“No games Irish”

Seriously. Haven’t seen The Post, but Blade Runner 2049 deserves a nomination. That’s coming from someone who thinks the original Blade Runner is overrated. All 2.75 hours of 2049 made me a fan.

I saw Three Billboards last weekend and loved it. It’s incredibly funny while still managing to make you cry and hits on a lot of social issues. Lady Bird, in my opinion, was just ‘meh.’ I can see why Lady Bird was nominated, but it just didn’t speak to me for some reason.

I’ve got really low hopes for ‘The 15:17 To Paris’, not because I don’t think there’s a story there, but because the “actors” playing themselves looked really awful in the trailers.

My day is now worse knowing that someone put in the time and effort to create this monstrosity of an edit.

So we still don’t think that Life (2017) is the precursor to the Venom movie? It seems perfectly lined up, even the evil corporation in Venom is the Life Foundation.

It bothers me that all the planets are the same size in the nine-piece set. Everyone knows Uranus is the biggest!

Two Towers>Fellowship>Return of the King in my opinion. I barely even remember anything from RotK other than Frodo destroying the ring and the ghost army deus ex machina.

And like most of Great Britain, the Cooper has also never been to the dentist.

Sure the side panels didn’t dent, but they did shatter when touched by anything heavier than a shopping cart.

I thought the opening scene (essentially a music video about a bank heist getaway) was great. After that the rest of the movie was just seemed to utilize all the tropes they could fit in there and the overall movie was very predictable and thus, disappointing.
