This functionality came standard with the Evo 4G at launch. Just "long press" the magnifying glass and speak. Also, I noticed that the processing time on that Motorola is significantly longer than on the Evo 4G. I'm not blasting the Moto, just noting for all of those Android haters that thought the response time…
