People should have the liberty to negotiate their own wages. You’re taking that away from cheerleaders and business people. You’re also taking away cheerleaders’ right to cheer for free. There are other cheerleaders that will do it for free but now it is illegal for them to do so.
I see one big non sequitur. It’s the use of force that I have a problem with. Football players have nothing to do with my argument. Employers don’t just “decide to pay you peanuts.” You agree to a wage before you take the job. It’s called a contract. If you don’t like it, don’t take the job or quit if things change.…

They aren’t brainless, helpless, poor women. They’re free to get paying jobs like anyone else. They choose to cheerlead. That’s on them.
Maybe should have thought about that before you chose that career path? I want someone to pay to play legos all day. Maybe I should force someone to pay me?
It’s about liberty. Cheerleading is optional. They can collectively bargain or get a real job that pays. Using government force to usurp what they want is greed.
I think the cheerleaders and the NFL have the right to negotiate their own wages, not through the use of force. If they don’t want to do it for what someone wants to pay them, then they can simply not do it.
They should get a real job rather than volunteer to dance if they want money.
