Shirow and Kamiyama (SAC and SAC:2) did such a great job of turning identity into a jump ball of choices and blurred boundaries. Tech, wetware and bodymods, are all tools everyone uses with aplomb…

It's GITS, Shirow-inspired... but what a shame Kamiyama (SAC and SAC:2Gig) didn't return to direct. And they didn't get Yoko Kanno to do the music. :(
