Way back when I sent my first gen xbox to MS for repair. When they sent it back, DHL "delievered" it by throwing it over my driveway gate...in the rain. Upon complaint DHL would only reimburse $100.00 and MS said it wasn't their problem because it was DHL's and it was not their policy to insure such shipments.
