I really wish we could move past the idea that the perpetuators of racist are somehow deserving of being the champions of equality.

The Root, still stanning for that rapist.

Saying the boardgame market is niche in 2021 is silly. Boardgames are huge business. Dedicated stores selling them are on the rise. Walmart and Target are stocking the most popular “Gamer” games in stores now.

You would have to be a master hacker.

I’m sorry but this is so clearly and obviously fake that the fact that you’ve posted this with no apparent critical thought is honestly almost to the level of complicity in her attempt to grift American Airlines or get publicity or whatever she thought she was doing when she made this up.

Yeah, none of this adds up at all.

Something doesn’t add up.

This has always been something I debated and ponder on for a long time. A rather grey area as talented artist are allowed to dress up as their favorite iconic characters for a profit; yet talented artist who draw, paint, make 3-D models, fan made movies and/or music video tributes of their favorite characters are not?

I still say that X-2 has one of the absolute best battle systems and depth of any Final Fantasy game. That’s not really saying much in the end, but still.

I play video games but do not consider myself a “gamer.” I do not care one way or the other about this game. But it’s bonkers to me that there is even this much room for debate about whether any product that is actively being sold to people “works” or not.

You aren’t the only one. I got it on switch and it was harder than I remembered. Dragged out my PS2 and my copy of crash two, was a lot easier. I think they made platform edges a lot less forgiving, in the ps1 you’d make a platform jump as long as you were pretty close. On switch, if I wasn’t ON the platform, I was

You’re right. More like 1996. I was in elementary school when that show first aired, and I loved the shit out of it. My RatTrap figure was a prized possession.

And in Canada, where I grew up, the show was called Beasties for some reason. They didn’t want to include the word “Wars” for the title of a children’s show, I

Beast Wars was such a great cartoon. Beast Machines, however, was poo.

Unless I am much younger than I thought, Beast Wars didn't come out in 2006.

Actually, know what? I’m going to directly ask that kotaku not cover ubisoft games. Yeah I know i’m being unrealistic, but fuck it. It’s irresponsible to give a company like this any press at all for their products.

Nah, fuck ‘em. Don’t encourage rape culture.

This place isn't exactly the New York Times. It is an editorial blog.

That’s assuming the allegations are true. Using social media to make incendiary claims is problematic because many people accept those claims as fact without any sort of corroboration. In this case, there are eight ex-employees making the same claim so there’s likely some truth to it. However, until we get verified fac
