That's a pretty good gag! I've got to see this.

I didn't catch Inside The NFL this week. I want to know, too!

Huh? I don't hate Baltimore. What has your dander up?

Haha, good question. It's fair use in our opinion, and because I put the clips on our video server (rather than YouTube or the like), the league would have to come after AVC specifically, and alpha5 pretty much nailed why that doesn't happen.

It's Fox

Yes. The Fox ticker is a mess. I don't understand why this is hard in 2016…? Is Fox still on dial-up?

No need to apologize! It's The A.V. Club, interest in inside baseball is a virtue. To answer your question, we'd just forgo the bottles during the game and leave the plugging duties to the live-read promo at the beginning of the video.

I think that one slips in by virtue of the fact that "brown" is a verb as well. Although I guess you could have multiple browns, too—tan, beige, umber are all browns…?

You are quite correct, of course, and this has actually been fixed, it just takes a little bit for the page cache to refresh. Thanks for the note!

I loved that. Adorable, and an awesome way to poke fun at himself.

That's a great point. Especially given the way the question came to Harbaugh, it was a pretty deft way to direct attention away from Mosley's blunder. I mean, it worked on me, right? All I heard was Harbaugh's complaining, and I couldn't rush to forgive Mosley fast enough. Well played, Harbaugh.

Yeah, I was surprised by that, too. Apparently it's a term for a kind of peanut.

Here's the scoop:

Honest mistake, thanks for pointing it out! Fixed.

That was written as pretty much the opposite of a diatribe, because I think the homoeroticism of football is fantastic. More importantly, here's that classic In Living Color skit you mentioned:

You know I love you AJ

Harbaugh is a world-class coach, and of course he is entitled to his reading of the rule. There are arguments to be made either way, and I like to make my arguments with silliness peppered in. (I also like to hear readers' arguments, with silliness peppered in.) It's all in good fun. I do hail from Patriots country,

I've thought about that as a gag, but no, it's the actual pre-game prediction. (With the pre-game tweet as evidence.)

What about that long shot of McCoy thinking "I can't believe this is happening" at the end? Wow, that really got me. I was going to cry if the Broncos came back.

I wish! That would be amazing.
