I never make mistakes like that when I'm editing Gameological, unless you count the zillion times each week that I do.

I've had no indication that coverage is in danger of being pulled, so don't worry.

I wrote "Mew Mew Prada" last week, which, c'mon, is dumber than any little typo, and people were very good-natured about it. Please be as kind to Margaret as so many of you have been kind to me. Let's give the Project Runway comment threads not just a legacy of hilariousness but also of friendliness.

Haha, oops. Thanks for the heads-up!

I singled out Nate's reaction when I was talking about Nate. When I was talking about Ruth, I said that her plea was clumsy and desperate. I fail to see the disconnect here.  I don't think that the Fisher kids were weird for being taken aback at Ruth's outburst. Like I said, we've certainly seen the roots of their

Very well put. You're right. I do think that the homosexuality plays a part — the pointed "some people don't know how to talk to children" along with Ruth's inability to come up with a word for "homosexual" with Taylor are important moments — but the overall thrust of it is what you're saying. I don't think she would

I understand where you're coming from, and you're right. Can I suggest that you're interpreting my use of the term "hypocrite" perhaps more intensely than I meant it? By no fault of your own, really. Maybe if I concede that "hypocrite" wasn't the greatest word in the world to use right there, we can move on from that

Yes, I think the episode clearly has some fun with the hypocrisy here. Nobody's seeing ghosts. Nate and David have conversations in their heads with dead people, and so does Eileen. Eileen simply says her end of the conversation out loud. (Although for that matter, so do the Fishers, on occasion.) Is Eileen's behavior

Ooh, thanks so much for remembering! I forgot to put that in the stray observations this week. Much obliged.
