I worked for Enterprise as “car prep” during college. The things I saw in returned rentals... Anyway the place sucked. No one employed there was happy. The Rental Agents were fresh out of College, suited up in the Texas heat and were making next to zero UNLESS they could sell you on the extra coverage.
