Can I go now?
They should call this movie Valerian Root because it looks like it's going to put me to sleep.
Oh crap, not another fucking Death star!
Certainly not Switzerland atm.
SEE YOU IN HELL, CANDY BOYS!
Yeah I love wonder too. It just pisses me off that every time I play a random game, China is always a CPU and decides to destroy me because I have more wonders than them.
Especially Lisa! But especially Bart!
First rule of Hollywood: Never star in films when the title accurately describes the state of your career.
I'd be willing to bet that this isn't as good as Mishima.
Yes. Whoever heard of attractive actors playing regular-looking people in movies and on TV?
Appropriate that 28 up is n°1 on the list because I remember that one being when I just had to stop watching out of profound, crushing sadness- not even the sadness of bad things happening, just the plain sadness of watching kids grow up into adults.
Weakest of the season. Malachi Kirby was good and I'd like to see him in more stuff but I could guess every last beat starting from the second someone mentioned the word "roaches".
I don't remember from the episode but is time in SJ compressed like it is in Playlist? Because if so, that might help the company to save space and memory by having people opt out after a few days if that corresponds to a thousand years.
A few thoughts:
FFS I am so hyped and this is not even coming to a country adjacent to mine.
I kinda liked this episode but it was pretty much a how-to on riddling Owl Creek Bridge with plotholes.
It's not going to be possible for me to make my year end list without seeing this, I think.
Can't talk, playing civ.
To expatiate on your point: not only is the apolitical political as you say, but things like CoD are not innocuous by any stretch of the imagination- it's not like saying "oh stop over-analysing this kids' cartoon show".
