I actually watched the 1st one. Liked it well enough and have been meaning to watch the 2nd one for about 15 months.
Kung Fu Panda is really the only Dreamworks franchise I find at all palatable.
That said, they really need to step their game up after the disappointing KFP2 which basically re-heated the 1st installment to diminishing returns.
