-The movie within a show was very poorly implemented/justified plot wise and stakes wise.
-The structure was more or less a retread of the S4 changnesia episode.
-The Jeff/Abed stuff was forced and hokey and felt shoehorned in at the 11th hour.

One of my favourite episodes TBH.

Good news if true. My main impression was that it needed at least an extra 1/2 hour, especially at the beginning and at one point in the middle.

Well, in my experience, all the people I know who are happy/content and have their lives together are unfunny to an almost painful degree, but always think they are the funniest person in the room. Maybe it has something to do with constant validation?

I won't lie: the film still ends on a semi-conclusive note. There is a sense of foreboding about what is yet to come, but it is still a complete story.

I now dislike Community. I did not care for this episode at all, in spite of it being maybe the 2nd or 3rd best ep of the season. That's it. I have no thoughts to articulate because this show bores me. It is truly remarkable how it managed to negate the almost infinite supply of goodwill I had for it so quickly.
