They took a popular series and tried to make a Jim Carry vehicle out of it. That was my impression from the trailers, and subsequent box office bombing of it.

Because it's pretend?
Stacy Keach is the greatest actor in the world.
So easy: Lucas and Mark McCain in The Rifleman.
I only eat tuna that tastes good.
I love Girls. I like this wave of non traditional shows where the seasons tend to move forward and things happen.
Really? I thought it really was cohesive. It seemed all the characters finally heard someone tell them NO. I thought Pony hanging up her whips after one freak-out was a little much. I also loved that they had a woman character who was an old, manipulative, lecherous cowboy dick. And I liked Maura's sister getting…

I can't believe everybody thinks all television shows are set in the CSI universe.
He doesn't even have a story!
Yeah, God knows the cops are all about giving minorities a clean shake.
No, because the writing for that was bad.
The Suzanne plot line/flashback is a fine example of having an exceptional actress on hand and writers on a deadline to figure out what to do with her. Season 1 she was a deranged stalker named Crazy Eyes, then she became kind of an adult autistic, then somewhere else on the spectrum, and this season she became…
