Piston Honda.
Piston Honda.
Comedy in general works much better with a shorter running time. Nothing kills a comedy more than third act feet dragging.
I didn't notice any unnecessary shoehorning in about race, but to be fair I was scanning for the obligatory reference to toxic masculinity.
Same here. I had to see it in the theater too. It was as silly as the earlier movies, but there wasn't the same tone to it. I really disliked it, and saw very few movies with him after, and when I did they were Punch Drunk Love.
You should patent this observation, I don't think it's been made before.
Harvey Weinstein is crafty. He's absolutely right (as he was with Bully especially) but we all know he's doing this for his own self interest. Still, it's the right thing to do, and the MPAA is such a ridiculous joke at this point, so let's go TeamWeinstein.
Well, gotta say, don't see much here interesting either way. SNL cast member feels pigeonholed. Um…despite AVC fawning over SNL of late due to their hot, Sam Bee-like "cutting edge satire" (aka repeating what's already been written on Twitter a billion times earlier) the show has never exactly been anything other than…
That's showbiz, baby.
Nintendo? Learn their lesson? I'm a fanboy, but I'm not an apologist.
I read it. I seem to recall liking how dark it was but being underwhelmed by the end. I tried to read Coin Locker Babies but couldn't get through it.
I Liked Wild Sheep Hunt and The Wind Up Bird Chronicles. I have a few more I haven't read yet, but I heard some of his stuff repeats a bit.
Salo: 100 Days of Slapstick
This movie will make money hand over fist.
Michael Haneke's Se7en would have the same ending as the original, only he'd cram the heads of those two sloppy dogs they had in the box too.
Not unless the handjob is being given by someone forced to do it while their loved ones watch. Then, all the characters turn to the camera and say, "There, are you happy now?"
I wish all this talk of Aquaman would just…sort of…end…
I should revisit JFG, I recall really liked it.
Tooie went so so so far over the top with collecting things. DK64, doing each level with that many characters…also was tedious. The original BK was definitely the perfect amount of collecting.
Galaxy and 3D World were 3D platformers, I'm not sure why, but a lot of people don't think they "count".
I'm so confused because other reviews say the camera is wonky as hell. I was all in on this game due to my affinity for Banjo, Conker, and (to a much lesser degree) DK 64 but the fact it's only 5 levels and features a bad camera have turned me off it to the point I probably won't ever buy it. I thought I'd eventually…
