GSO satellites, yes. But Starlink and the new breed of sat internet will not be GSO-based. The will be in LEO, with latencies and speeds comparable to the best high-end internet available in the US already. It will be game changing. And most importantly — available *everywhere* on Earth, 24/7/365.
