Ok I’m lovin the Brand Nubian reference. Had to break out the Grand Puba and Lord Jamal joints after reading it....

Is EA / Ubisoft running these events? The commentators, reporters, hosts, and MC’s all have the same effect on me. They make me want to never ever attend or take part in one of these contests. Especially the announcer / commentators.... just STFU already....

I may actually give it another shot once it has a sensible story. After all the hype settles and the game is actually finished, I may be able to give it a fair chance.

Valve is run by people who play steam itself, as a game. F’ing trading cards? Hats? AK-47 skins for CS:GO? They are all over that crap. At one time Valve had my heart. Now they are just sad.

LOL, yes and it would be even safer to go back to paper and pencil right? The nature of video production and film/TV editing is it requires huge video ingestion, editing, and broadcast technologies. If you went back to walking video tapes (or thumb drives) around you would be out of business. EVERY company, even if

I for one am over online games. Granted I got into it WAAAAY back playing Quake 2. One thing is for sure, the average mentality in most online games tops out at about a 14 year old level. Granted many of the players are much older, but the overall experience is always that I was just playing with a bunch of children.

Every single good idea the Andromeda team had for innovation got stolen from them and put into Anthem. That was the project Bioware was really pushing for. Even staff. They culled the best animators and programmers from the ME:A team to work on Anthem.

Fooking Explodes...

I cant wait to see this run at 4 fps on my PC that runs Titanfall 2 in 4k cranked up all the way...

There is just something about esports marketing. The competitors just end up looking too silly. I love the team photos where they all have their arms crossed in front and are turned slightly to the side, trying to look all badass... :) The paycheck is definitely badass but don’t try to make these kids act all hardass

The queue forming is so Japan. A western MMO and it would be a free for all 8^)

This interview really sums it up. It’s like they don’t want to actually put the effort into making a full title (see all the crying they have done about “What we learned trying to ship Portal 2") and just want to be a gaming think tank or something, sort of like Google Labs where they got paid to come up with cool

I also want to ask anyone if they ever played the fan made homage called Quest for Glory 4.5 - So, You Thought You Were A Hero?

DUUUUUUUUUUUE!!!!!! God I LOVED this game. I am not one for 100%ing any game but I did so with all 5 of these. I have to say some of my all time favorite memories in gaming come from these, the second episode (Trial by Fire) being my favorite. I have to quite the guy that commented before me me here “QFG2 was quite

Wow I had high hopes for this game, but now I am just shaking my head. I remember another game that was just as technically ambitious which ended up being a fantastic way to get your computer to crash (really showing my age here): Falcon 4.0......

God eve is so graphically incredible. I wanted to like it so much but it just kept going the extra mile to be tedious. The thing I did love was how real life it felt when dealing with the rest of the community: If you don’t know this person well, keep your legs well crossed and don’t.... trust... ANYONE.

Is there some big pending hardware release that is making them rush to market? I mean, I know they must be terrified of Steamboxes cornering the market but.....

I don’t feel as bad now :) The space combat, while certainly NOT Elite Dangerous, was a blast I thought.

Is it just me or does this seem to happen with a lot of games lately. The best example I can give is Dragon Age: Inquisition. Holy F... I have like 40 hours in and I have done basically jack toward the story. Sometimes I spend an hour just wandering around the absurdly large castle that is supposed to be my base. Get

You take that back!
