Honey, you can sail serenely away at any time. Pick an issue that’s not abuse-related (clean air laws, for example) and send some letters to your Congresscritters! It’s an insanely useful thing to do, and doesn’t require you to read about men abusing women, except in a corporate corporations abusing the planet-type

Ethical actors - even Method ones - get permission to touch their scene partner before they start. It’s to keep everyone safe & comfortable. The fact that Kilmer & Stone both disregarded this sounds like they both knew they had the power & didn’t give a shit. Or worse - they got off on it.

I grew up in a moderately abusive household (both genders being guilty parties) and anytime anyone shows anger physically (banging shit around, punching objects, and even just that way of storming around yelling) I shut th fuck down. Get out of my face, leave my space, I will never look upon your fucking face ever

Just a man yelling at you is scary.

Trying to imagine him doing this to a man and I cannot. Especially, though not limited to, a man of his size.

She is mature enough to not air her dirty laundry in the media, so she is winning this one.

I am half convinced that those tiny square purses she carries are battery packs and she will live forever.

I so hope she does. Serves him right.

The minute I read that I said “Okay, this bitch white”, and then was totally unsurprised.

Kate is a princess by marriage. It’s just that they use the courtesy titles

“All I needed was 30,000 pounds to open the nail salon that would have made all my dreams come true, but did Princess Pushy-Pants cut me a cheque? No, she did NOT.”

This white woman is going to explain everything!

She’s not even good at being passive-aggressive, nor can she use the right words to convey her meaning. I will eat my hat if this woman is actually witty (as characterized by someone but herself).

But more importantly it has to do with the inter-racial evolution of this country through the lens of my life and my family since the Civil Rights Act until present, and how that intersects with this recent event with my sister, you know, my feelings about it, my family’s feelings about it and how sad it was going

There are many problems I have with this but my main one is this:

I admire the chutzpah it takes to try to make a buck off your famous sibling and call THEM Pushy.
