Espresso is the biggest part of the rabbit hole. Once you buy an espresso maker and use it on a regular basis, you never want to go back to drip coffee. Also you'll want to use higher quality beans since the flavor is much more concentrated.

I'd like to see more research on decaf coffee. A lot of these were just about the benefits that caffeine has.
