I live in Lakeland Florida, and after the ridiculous amount of rain we got last year, there are parts of my yard that are very quicksand like. Luckily there is some hardpan under it so you only sink halfway to your knees. Still sucks (literally) it’ll pull your shoes off...

BE CAREFUL USING RAIN-X SPRAY!!!  Use only in well ventilated bathrooms or the fumes will choke you to death.
