I have worked to lose weight a few times in my life and my most successful times were counting calories and doing no exercise versus times I exercised regularly.

I just sold my kids old 18" bikes. So many parents skip this size and go 16 to 20. I understand not everyone can afford to keep buying bikes, but bike riding, jumping etc it’s so much more fun for kids on a bike that fits. Adults ride 20" BMX bikes, your 9yr old probably shouldn’t.
