Fingers crossed.

Jack Nicholson was playing a character who originated in a different medium with a multitude of different interpretations to be adapted by different actors. Carrie Fisher IS Leia. There's no comparison.

If Ford had died before filming Episode 7, would you be advocating recasting Han Solo? No. It's absurd to even consider the idea. If Paul Walker wasn't recast for Furious 7, one of the most iconic stars of all time shouldn't be recast for new Star Wars movies.

The initial rumor was that Johnson would be doing eight AND nine, but that tragically turned out to be false.

Fisher was Princess Leia for forty years. I don't know if she can just be recast like Richard Harris was after playing Dumbledore for two.

Trevorrow is going to fuck this up. He was already going to fuck this up, but now he's going to fuck this up more.

Oh, there goes your credibility out the window after calling a black man "coony"

There is no way in HELL Kenan is the worst cast member of all time. Dude can save a sketch with just an expression.

Musical, obviously (Although A Hard Day's Night is a masterpiece).

Don't most of the prominent Nazis in the Indiana Jones movies speak in fairly accurate German accents?

It's a better Peter Pan ending than Spielberg's actual Peter Pan movie.

Spielberg is the Beatles of cinema; even his worst films are better than the best work of the competition.

This is annoying and insensitive, but "evil" is a bit much, especially when you look at what we have taking office in about a month.

Disney is doing a terrific job of pissing off racists lately.

Do they exist publicly again? Is Agents of SHIELD even canon? Do people care?

She's totally MJ. He's gonna muck things up with Liz because he's busy trying to be an Avenger, and then he'll end up going to Homecoming with her instead. I'd put money on it.

Not to speculate without any evidence, but Abraham Attah was cast in the film a while back, and I'd be incredibly happy if it was a coy Miles cameo.

I'm willing to bet that a few years down the line, Miles becomes Spider-Man in the MCU. Especially because they're already cuing up characters like Bucky to take on the mantles of their most iconic heroes.

I can only imagine how he'll react to Black Panther. "Many people are saying that Marvel's new film endorses white genocide! Needs more whites! Sad!"

It's nice to know that even though America is on the verge of collapse, we might get another good Spider-Man movie before the wolves come for us
