Thanks for the mention. I wrote what ended up being a pretty lengthy piece for 11Bit's website. It's very personal, but then again, so is the game. Hopefully people will pull more out of things like than simply, "Games are fun to play." They're powerful storytelling tools and I was honored to have contributed that.

X-2 is better than I remembered (that may because I'm playing a better version), but I don't think the job system and battle mechanics got enough universal praise. It's just a really fun game until the story and dialogue get in the way. V is still my favorite though, and you can see a lot of it in X-2.
