"You can feel your crotch ache." A quick PSA: If your crotch aches after only minimal contact with someone, you may have discovered something, or you should wake up the duty officer at the CDC. Has the word crotch ever been used in serious sexting, I wonder?

I have a couple of questions here for purposes of understanding the debate about gun violence and weaponized violence in general. I'm not trolling, I'm just trying to expand my knowledge of the conversation.

Regarding the lack of JRPG-like focus: If you chose to play the game like a JRPG and just focused on the story, how would it hold up? It does seem like an expanded Run Factory with added classes. Rune Factory was great, but not for its mediocre story.

I think the Wii U's biggest problem is going to be the lack of the third party support that the DS brand has received. Nintendo is arguably pouring lots of its own quality content into it. The interface is actually pretty enjoyable, as is the GamePad, but outside of Super Mario Bros. and Monster Hunter, I've been

Hi, I'm Etrian Odyssey IV.

I felt the same way about Little Nemo. I have no idea how well it holds up now, but then it was perfect. The NES generation had the good fortune to grow up in a time when the best games were off-the-wall with imagination and war games were awful (Platoon, anyone?)

This game came out when I was thirteen, and then it wasn't about Metacritic scores or technical problems. It was simply about enjoyment and the fact that I could play a Final Fantasy game wherever I wanted. I am now a game design student, designing what I hope will be my first JRPG. This drawing alone is inspiring,

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly one actually looks natural. Like something that goofy ass Tuco would do.

Exactly. You wouldn't even have been able to begin development on something like Super Mario 3D Land if you didn't know about the 3DS. My point is that the gameplay in Dark Moon has to be tied to 3D somehow, and not like the Ocarina remake. They likely had to start a lot of things over to fully incorporate the

Reading that got me excited about the multiplayer as well. If the standard is to give it more replay value than Mario Kart, there's no telling what we might see.

He's a "good" designer. As for the cheap shots against the Wii U, what other launch are you comparing it to that was so incredibly successful? Rare destroyed some great franchises, Miyamoto creates them.

These standards, no matter what people think of the maturity level of the games, are the reason that Nintendo is synonymous with video games in the same way that the iPod is synonymous with "portable music player." They haven't made perfect design decisions every step of the way, but that's because they take chances.

I've been looking forward to HarmoKnight since the Year of Luigi Nintendo Direct, but I though it might be more forgiving than Bit Trip Runner. Nope. It's challenging (from what I played of the demo,) and it's worth downloading for the bonus Pokemon level alone.

All of that said, I would have liked a Code.org when I was in middle school.

That's what I'm getting at. At least here (in Atlanta) the poorest schools have computers, and it may not be ideal, but there are computers at public libraries. What students would you say don't have access?

Sure it's subjective, but is it overpriced because you can't afford it, or overpriced because you're not getting enough bang for your 170 dollars? If you're saying something is overpriced because it's not affordable, then anything over twenty bucks is overpriced for me right now.

Harvest Moon: A New Beginning may be a niche title, but it's my favorite 3DS title thus far, and it's been noticeably absent from every list like this (and most review sites.)

Overpriced? I think it's hit a pretty decent price point considering the RPG library it gives you access to, including all the DS RPGs.

"You gain more respect for just about everything you do on your computer. " This is absolutely true. That's what the site should have on its front page.

It could be that since I haven't played the first one in so long that it just feels like more of the same to me (again, not necessarily bad, because I love the series,) but the aesthetics are definitely dated. Also, I didn't say that it was exactly the same, but just not noticeably different. The mapping system is
