Any torque converter automatic I’ve driven with shift paddles has been a joke. Like shift down, wait 1-2 seconds and the revs go up. But always the sensation that the driven wheels are connected to the engine through something soft, like a slipping clutch. Hopefully the Miata is different.

I haven’t driven the new Miata, but with a relatively weak engine like that, you really don’t want a torque converter auto. It saps power. How is that for tangible advantage? Want more? Auto is probably $1,000 more and weighs more.

Don’t everyone at bars drink from red solo cups?

I was hoping those murcielago-esque side scoops would indicate a mid-rear engine like a desert racing truck. I’m severely disappointed. Hydrogen is barely viable in California for hell’s sakes.

I have a few races left in the story but they are too much of a headache. I’ve had a great drift combo (vs. Block) only to run head first into a real life online player doing his own race. Adding online players to free roam was a really bad idea. Maybe I’ll try again next year when the game is a ghost town :)

A few observations:
1) I can’t believe how much I played of NFS considering its lack of cockpit and awful handling model.
2) The Crew WR does not look *that* good on my Xbox one
3) I wonder if Forza’s damage model is limited on the Centenario because it’s the cover car. Older Forzas’ cars had way more dents after a

Drilled front brakes and solid rears look so cheap. MB have done it for a decade too.

...could this work on a diesel though?

Isn’t driving a Neon punishment enough for the kid?

I can’t wait to drive a 340 hp FWD car...said no one, ever.

Seeing that gorgeous E46 wagon, I wonder why they didn’t at least make a 4-door... Like BMW did in the E36 and E90...

It’s interesting that since FM4, all Forza games have had very similar car rosters. Still, they release all these car packs afterward that in many cases include the same old cars, exactly as they were in the older games. For example, the 2015 Mustang GT was featured in FM5. In the next game, FH2, the same exact

The police state. Ba-bum-pshhh.

Apples and oranges. You have to compare Manual (No longer made. Damn you Audi! It had a shift gate!) R8 to DCT R8, or an automatic Miata (lol) against the stick.

Engagement is everything while driving

LOL “art piece”. Good one.

I don’t think anyone gives a shit about *his* safety (which is the only way your motorcycle analogy works), it’s all about the car being unroadworthy.

Maybe some photos of Michael in a red Ferrari gurney with Marlboro logos? Would that satisfy the fans?

In my opinion, the Fiat looks 100x better than the Mazda. Too bad they made it soft.

Converting a fuel injected engine to carburetor is weird. Carbs are extinct for a reason...
