Before the election I told someone "If Hillary wins, Trump supporters are going to be angry. If Trump wins, Trump supporters are still going to be angry."

His circular speaking style rates really highly with anti-intellectuals who view people who speak correctly as having something to hide. If you see it written it's hard not to believe the person speaking it wasn't having a stroke.

And yet he doesn't.

Hot chocolate is one of those things I drink so infrequently that fancying it up seems like such diminishing returns.

If only had you shown up as Mickey Rooney in offensive Oriental drag, you could have snapped all the pictures you wanted.

My guess is #2.

We're all grownups who can agree that he makes terrible movies, right? I mean you can "appreciate" them, but you know in your heart that they're not good.

So you've never heard Elvis Costello's Unplugged?

"Miseducation proved Hill to be a great songwriter, but too many of the songs on the first MTV disc feel like Hill banging out a few basic chords while rattling off entries from her poetry journal." Actually this sentence underlines that Hill is not a great songwriter, and New Ark may have had a point with their

I find it difficult to feel bad for a multi-millionaire who gets paid millions of dollars to make shitty choices.

Not asking for spoilers specifically, but how difficult is this film to masturbate to? Asking for a friend, of course.

I would have come here to make a very similar comment!

That last sentence right there may be the truest thing ever written on the internet. It's not his baby, it's just an ancillary revenue stream.

Your argument only works if FTWD isn't profitable for AMC. I don't know if it is or not, but since the cast isn't getting paid as much as the cast on the mothership, and it films closer to LA, I have to assume it still makes them money.

OK, I'll give it a shot. It's expensive to spin up what is essentially a new show every season. It's REALLY expensive to shoot in different places, and even more expensive to make places where you CAN shoot look like the apocalypse is going on (that's why FTWD got out of LA so quickly). Creators hope audiences will

That last one could easily be the cover for a Robyn Hitchcock album.

I was reasonably sure I would hate this, but I was wrong.

Didn't Citizens United rule that corporations are people? He's a prime example of that.
