So, eating one piece of cake makes you a lardass? Failing one Math test makes you an idiot?

It’s easy not to cheat when no one else wants you.

I’m not really for or against this trope, but I always find the outrage funny.

I think people are just wondering how much of a hypocrite you are.

While I agree with what you’re saying, it sounds like she’s suing for ‘mental anguish,’ which is one of those obscure catch-all legal tenets that can technically be applied to anything.

Wait, what? So we’re not going to turn this woman into a hapless victim and pontificate on the prevalence and horrors of sexism everywhere? Is this guy not a woman hating sociopath who’s objectively worse than Hitler ever was?

People may like it, but the criticism in the article is fair.

I think the main problem is that the game seems to have been at least loosely based on a real person, but it completely distorts who he is and what he does.

Don’t bother bragging or marginalizing something if you’re not going to do it yourself. “Pfft. I could do that” ALWAYS sounds pathetic if you’re not going to back it up.

It’s not a “good” thing, but it’s also not really surprising or bad. It just is.

This place is a prime example of why there’s really no point in ever apologizing for stuff like this. The people who like him don’t care about his over-the-top stuff, and the people who hate him will fuel that hate with anything he says publicly.

Kotaku comments: “Just stop covering this guy now; WE HATE HIM!”

The funny thing is that the reason people go to that word when frustrated has nothing to do with racism.

Saying you won’t profit isn’t the same as saying you won’t make any money. The idea may be to take enough money off of these purchases to cover development costs, and then whatever is left that would’ve actually been profit goes to the family.

As people have mentioned, this isn’t a new concept. It’s basically like lying about having a girl/boyfriend to placate nosy family members who like to concern themselves with your social life, or lack thereof.

Trump didn’t ruin anything.
