I agree, and I think a lot of people here are missing the point.

Rape is a pretty brutal topic, but so is murder. So, why are depictions of murder all over prime-time and even network television, but any depiction, or even mention of rape is an instant ban from a fucking video game streaming site?

So, fuck money and benefits, we pay you in artistic fulfillment. If you want your kids to eat or ever see you get a real job.

It’s just strategy. You don’t sue for what you want; you sue for an arbitrary amount designed to scare the shit out of the person you’re suing. The fear of seeing that number and believing it’s possible makes them far more likely to settle for a good bur reasonable chunk of change out of court.

Shirtless; unrealistic male body image; unnecessarily sexualized...

Both characters attacking at the same time? Boring!! Call me when they’re both taking turns slowly hitting each other.

It is funny how the article implies people were looking forward to this for the gameplay. This is undoubtedly a ‘fanservice first’ series, and that’s perfectly fine.

I don’t know the actual legality behind it, but creating your own source code to interact with a client you don’t own using information mined from a server you don’t own feels legally ambiguous to me.

Does NOST distribute a client, or does everyone on their servers actually own Vanilla WoW?

Good commentary on fear of “missing out.”

It is a job and has all of the potential stresses and pitfalls that a job would entail, but it’s still a job doing something you honestly enjoy. That’s a lot more than most people get.

The mech vs kaiju stuff in the movie was awesome, but the 2 big setpiece fights were like 10 minutes each, with a massive lull for like an hour between them. I found the movie to be horribly paced and boring for 90% of it. Way too much focus on the campy, filler type story, and trying to give the uninteresting

Where things get muddy is the use of the word “athletic.” That word by definition implies the activity regards strength and general fitness, which is what people take exception to.

I’ll never understand the decision to have children when you’re poor; or, if it’s broken condom related, the decision to keep children when you’re poor (abortion/adoption exist for a reason).

Sorry, but you “sports” purists lost this battle a while ago with golf, NASCAR, poker, bowling, etc. Just let it go.

Obviously meant to be a collectible, decorative/display item handcrafted by rare experts; can’t imagine there are many generational blacksmiths left in the world.

Alright, on any stream then? Is shirtless men playing games even a thing in the streaming community, because apparently “boobie streamer” is.

It’s far less frequent with men obviously, but that’s not the only thing I’m talking about. Just a random example, but how many guys are getting by on Twitch by simply gaming shirtless?

I’m sick of women complaining about how hard they have to “work” to look good. Good looks aren’t expected of them, they’re just appreciated.

Looks good so far, now I’ll just scroll down and... ZOMG She’s showing skin! ... Rage! Women aren’t objects! Progression! Unrealistic body image! She should be fat! Sexuality is bad! What about the children!
