It’s hard not to talk only about how she looks when they didn’t really show her saying much or doing much beyond... “HEY LOOK!”

Probably my favorite portrayal of the character.
It was all right (in my opinion anyway) but I was a little disappointed to be honest.
I really need to see a proper trailer of this. Something where she gets a bit more dialog. Every framing shot feels like she looks like a teenage model. I always pictured Wonder Woman as someone whose presence commands your attention. She comes across like Clark Kent and I was expecting Superman? Boy this sounds…
I never said that they were telling me that. It is what I see happening. From them I hear how dangerous it is getting with all the publicity that is getting out about the shootings.
“self-defense fears of white people”
Really? EVERYONE has the right to defend themselves. This is just racist BS right here. Additionally this isn’t a tool “to take the law into their own hands.” It’s the criminal who has done that. Quit victim blaming!
Still safer than cops in black neighborhoods...
I think the Administration’s entire point is to increase the cost of coal-produced electricity in order to make alternative energy sources more attractive. Basically, they're using an increase in the cost of coal to price out the negative externality caused by coal pollution.
I don’t know if electricity prices are regulated in the US, but if not, then we would normally assume electricity providers are charging all that the market will bear. If, as is alleged, coal miners are getting cheap coal, they’re the ones with the excess profits who will lose out.
After decades of reading mainstream American car mags raving about supercars, it is so goddamn satisfying to see the actual day to day experience of owning one documented. By someone else.
Well they didn’t drive the space rover to the moon, so that distance doesn’t count.
Hahahaha!
I've never understood why people who drive slowly get mad when they are passed or approached closely from behind by someone who wants to pass. It's not a race, and the person passing you isn't causing you to go any slower than you already are. You obviously aren't concerned about getting anywhere expediently, so just…
I guarantee you something is in the works for their next gen off roader.
I do the same. Of all a-hole behavior, I truly don’t understand this one. Generally I have my CC set at 69 (in a 65 zone) in the middle lane, with a safe distance behind the car in front. Some dude will zoom up behind, like I need to pull to the right. 1) I’m already exceeding the speed limit and 2) The passing lane…
When I’m in the middle lane on the highway and someone starts tailgating me I just turn off CC or take my foot off the pedal. This usually reminds the asshole it’s their job to pass me in the g-d passing lane. It’s also not too dangerous because your rate of slowing is fairly gradual.
If you do not use a turn signal you are an asshole. PERIOD.
... and then immediately shrank back to its original size.
An excellent point, which adds a very topical, and ironic, twist to the story.
Yep, I agree, and that point is made in the article:
