Just paying attention to traffic ahead not just one or two cars down the road. I live in San Diego and have seen numerous times when a drive was focused on the car directly ahead of them and not two cars ahead when the need to brake quickly to leave enough room to avoid a collision.

All the moded late 90's Honda Civics in my neighborhood. They have those annoying fart can exhausts and blue HID kits that blind you from a mile away. And they believe themselves to be the best drivers around when they run stop signs and nearly run over a family crossing the street.  SO BADASS

Floor mats. In my Tacoma I replaced the OE carpet mats with some rubber ones after my daughter started walking. So much easier to clean than the carpeted floor mats.

For me it is drivers that cut across three lanes of traffic to turn left and then blocks a lane while trying to get into the turn lane. Means they can’t anticipate the need to move over sooner or they like are jerks in general.
