Awful lot of plant life on that lifeless body.

Are we talking about a hard freeze here, or just a graphical freeze? The difference there is that in a graphical freeze, your music and background noise keep playing. This is most often due to an issue with the graphical hardware itself or a driver issue. If it’s a hard freeze, where everything completely locks up and

You get a star! I was afraid I might be the only one to see that too.

Ah, purely around the good ol’ tabletop. I haven’t tried any of the online methods, but I hear Roll20 is good. No idea if they do anything other than d20 style gaming, though.

It took me almost exactly one year of playing in my free time to get a character all the way to the end of DC:SS. I ended up with an unstoppable Minotaur berserker. Even got most of the runes, though I left before getting all... was it 15? Gehenna just got to be too much of a pain in the ass.

We aim to please.

I’m deep in Rimworld. And, assuming I can be extricated, GMing a new Shadowrun campaign.

Right. You know, I played it a lot too, but haven’t in a long time. I do have it on my PSP... maybe it’s time to pick it back up again.

Was she the rich one, or the cute, childhood-friend tomboy?

Hey, he caught a Yoshi!

It’s a style of art typified by the movement of feet to the rhythm of accompanying music. I don’t see it much these days, what with having to shout at the kids on my lawn looking for pokermans.

Almost looks like he’d be great at the Melbourne Shuffle, if he isn’t already. Music warning if you’re not into hardstyle.

You know, when I worked somewhere that didn’t allow facial hair per dress regulations, but had no regulations about hair length, I thought I was a rebel by growing my hair out as long as I could while keeping my beard just at the 5 o’clock shadow level all the time. I think June’s got me beat.

There was a variant on the PSX I quite liked called Azure Dreams that, now that I think about it, was a lot like Pokemon in that your ultimate goal (aside from trying to reach the top of the tower) was to capture and/or breed the most powerful monsters.

My current favorite strategy is to build a colony of nothing but psychopaths, capture everyone you can, then chop out all of their organs to sell to passing pirate vessels in exchange for heavy armor and weaponry. I’ve now got what amounts to an ultra-max prison set up with a high-tech hospital and a thriving organ

I feel like you’re missing a comma there. Anything else could be misconstrued in court.

Interesting. Their game looks very similar to another game I played nearly 20 years ago called Bedlam. You’re in a mech going around an isometric world blowing up the environment. If I remember correctly, that game was kind of a flop too.

I know it’s just the people holding their phones, but half of them look like they’re flipping other people the bird.

The game is very good, and lends itself to a lot of the emergent story creation that you see in Dwarf Fortress. Played it over the weekend and saw my initial colony of men-hating women (disliking men is an actual trait, and all five of my randomly created colonists had it) rise in power until a group of bandits

If you finish the hit, do you get an Ice T skin for your character?
