@Archnemesis_Goldenhair: We used hard boiled in my house. I've never tried the hollowed out method but when the kids are old enough to color them I might.

@Hagame: I wasn't necessarily saying that what they were doing was "right". The FastCo article even states how this change will affect retirees more than anyone else.
I batch everything else so I'm sure to have plenty of time for Lifehacker!
@tmlfan81: Oh I knew it was inevitable, the iphone going to big V, I just wish it wasn't right when I'm in the process of getting a new job with at&t haha. I've been a long time Verizonite and my wife has been jonesing for the iphone for some time.
@joe.glass: whoops! Wouldn't want to not post a link!
Hmmm...this news, along with the news of AT&T losing a bunch of money due to the health care reform, are making me second guess my job offer at an at&t wireless store...
@JoshMac: Although not stylish, unless you have a thing for Orange stripes, I know someone that used to rent U-Haul Pick ups or Vans when he needed a vehicle for a weekend. The pick ups (Not the big box trucks) are only $20/day plus gas I think. Could be worth looking into.
@Buster Friendly: Haha, something like that would be funny.
Good Friday to you fellow 'hackers.
I've seen cards with the contact info on the front and nice looking lines on the back for writing down information. It's a pretty nifty idea and goes right in hand with this post.
@kane2742: Oh, I know. I just felt snarky at the moment.
@GlasgowDave: Is reselling emails you don't want proving profitable?
"...useful if you find yourself in a bind..."
@gburke: It's a tricky thing when you're not sure of the other person's carrier. I've found that sometimes star takes me to their login and asks for the pin number! Then I have to call all over again thus severely killing my hopes of a shortcut.
What a clever app! I still like it when I get to inform people that you can hit star to skip voicemail messages for Verizon and get straight to the beeeeep.
Something I've been doing too is adding an instant breakfast to my coffee at work for my mid morning snack. It adds a little nutrition to my coffee...although I wouldn't go as far to say it's "nutritious" haha.
@Joonbug: can you blame them? Look how we're often represented. Do you hear the stories of those working in the Bowery mission in NYC, or the kind friend that offers support in a time of need? Nope, all you see are the handful of people claiming their God told them to kill foreigners and homosexuals. It's a shame…
@emilmuller001: don't worry...some of us can take a joke.
@KingSeafoam: or James....
@krishna830: Ok so the Zaeed story is free? I bought mine used but gamestop had so many extra cerberus codes they gave me a new one :D.
