Even though they're "All or nothing" installers, removing portable applications is as easy as deleting their folder, yes? I don't think you need to run an uninstaller or anything. So if you want the full blown Ultimate pack, then find there's programs you don't like, just delete them!
This works really well actually. I was at a show one time and a fella there was doing this. His pictures looked great! I started diffusing more at home with either printer paper or tissues wrapped around the flash. My depth and colors have been much better looking ever since.

Is this one of the "savior of old machines" type of linux distro's? I just came across an old laptop (P3 800mhz, 128Mb RAM) that has WinXp Pro on it. The windows installation runs surprisingly well; but I've always wanted a linux machine to mess around on.
