the other thing that makes this movie unique is the tightness and amount of “stuff” packed into every frame. Wes loves to have things so spaced out, but in this movie, and I think its a reflection of its setting, tried to pack as much into each frame as possible.

i just commented the same - the whos cut when bill murray and schwartzman duke it out is amazing. the film is just full of them.
