Kim is horrible. I hated her anyway, but when she had her kid's (ridiculous, wasteful) bday party at Kourtney's brand-new house after being specifically told not to, that was the point of no return. And then Kourtney forgave her?! I would've punched that asshole's lights out.

Yes! Malkovich!

wtf is a fitzwilliam

This is why I don't shovel out my cars. I put them into 4WD and drive off. If someone wants the spot, they can shovel it or take a chance and get stuck. For the most part, it's still there when I get back and I just drive into the snow.

DIBS. Do not even get me started on dibs. I live in Chicago on the North Side on a major street on the border of Lincoln Square and Ravenswood, and many of the residences on my street are rental buildings. Of course, this means that the residents don't own their units, nor (obviously) the streets in front of their

I'm very anti-dibs, and I'm glad to live in a neighborhood that, for whatever reason, just doesn't do it. This story is a good example of how out of control it is. The snow we've had in the last couple weeks hasn't even required shoveling out — it's been light and fluffy, and even with five or so inches, it's easy to

When I lived in Chicago, I used to drive around claiming any useful items people would leave in "their" parking spaces. You left that chair in a public street all day? Sorry, chump, that means it's not yours anymore.

There is no way I can see the nurse at fault. She's not at fault for parking her car in a public space and she's not at fault for feeling that this is not her personal battle. I'm almost enough of an asshole to blame the parents for creating this situation, but if it was my daughter and I thought she received better

Whoa. I lived in New Haven (Fair Haven), CT for a few years. This area is old school multi family houses, where many houses do not even have driveways, let alone places to park. Thus, parking is TIGHT when our modern homes have about 2 cars per family. Winter in CT and New Haven does yield a lot of snow, (not like

Nope. Oak Park after eleven years of living in Chicago, shovelling out spaces, driving to work and then coming home and if need be shoveling out a space for my car. Because they're not my spaces, they are community property and you can't act like a particular space is yours.

Nope. Still city streets, not neighborhood streets. No dibs.

Agreed. Every time I read an article about "dibs" I get a little ragey. Thank god I don't live in a city where this is ever an issue.

No. It ain't your space, you don't get to reserve it.

And this is why I take any pieces of trash on the street and toss them back on the lawn. Fuck people who think they can "reserve" spaces.

This is terrible. And parking in Chicago is terrible. It's all terrible.

I would feel weird if Don Johnson's daughter didn't do coke.

Apparently she did a lot of coke and/or other drugs...

If they faked his signatures, I would think that could even extend to being a criminal offense. Fraud and all.

I bought some at the farmers market and they were delicious. Crispy and crunchy.
