It was the best of cars, it was the worst of cars...
It’s really close assuming that at this moment everything is working correctly.
I dunno.. -20 grand might push it into NP territory.
You are the maddest lad of all time.
I know I am in the minority here, but I like these. It is one of those cars you buy knowing it will cost a fortune to own and maintain. If I seriously had the finances to keep this thing on the road, then sure I would go for it. However I am in a position where I can’t keep it up so will pass.
You’re telling. me. It gets everywhere. It’s course and gritty too. I hate sand.
“I invested absurd amounts of money into a company that was never [100%] guaranteed to succeed...I deserve my money back”
Not to be confused with the HipHopPapotamus, or the Rhymnocerous.

You answered yourself. The seals. It lists main seals, if the rear main leaked it likely screwed up the clutch via oil soak. Not really a red flag.
Yes sir, and the clutch & oil pump would also cost about as much as a meal for a family of four at a local steakhouse.. It’d be silly to not replace/upgrade them while you’re in there.
Why the aftermarket exhaust? Because it was extremely popular to do that on these cars (I have two). You could slap on some shorty headers and mufflers and pick up 15hp or so.
When I saw that large bag in the trunk, I thought for a moment this was going to take a very dark turn.
