I was looking at a 93 in a parking lot the other way. All I could think was “We have lost our way”.

I can't believe I'd ever say this. But I miss when a Chevy Blazer was a Chevy Blazer.

Analytics are ruining classic car buying.

This is 1991 1Le that is 1 of 478 combined auto & manual trans, 1 of 303 5 speeds and 1 of 1 with a 5 speed along with black and tan leather which means it is has a very nice future. You will not find another 1le like this one.

I personally love these; they’ve aged very very well looks wise and meet a lot of my meathead desires. And while this looks like an ideal iteration it is a furious, full-lunged pull on the crack pipe at $30K.

Owner of a thirdgen camaro Z28 here. There are a few, and I mean FEW that are $30,000+ cars, and by FEW I mean 3 models. The Firehawk, the TTA (turbo transam), and the R7U Player’s camaros.

1LE’s in mint condition have sold as high as 56k on the auction block.

Wrangler Bros, they are everywhere.

Dodge knows what’s up. Paint in red, make it a single cab with a short box, and stuff a massive engine into it.

Also, at 3300 lbs, the Viper weighs ~100 less than the “small” SLK, despite 10 cylinders, 45% more displacement, and 6-lug wheels.

Small car, biggest motor.

Oh right. As long as the exterior stays the same and it comes in leather with an infotainment system it’ll sell. My bad. Ha!

But it’s rugged.

8 grand for a quasi-stock Civic from over 25 years ago...

1) Because someone wanted it now. And if you have the means, why wait?

The farmer who bought it had applied to Ford and was rejected, so it’s pretty clear that money alone is not enough to get one.
