That was the whole point of the old Roadrunners. They brought back the Demon, make a new Challenger Roadrunner: The new Banshee 426 Hemi with no upgrades except bigger brakes and hood pins. $40K sound like the sweet spot.

My guess is the new Banshee motor, a 426 Hemi putting out @ 525HP BEFORE the supercharger. So maybe @ 750HP after?

The only thing that bothers me with a red interior (or any bold color) is when they dont give you a few options. You can do red or black and that is it.

Well, the Charger is not just a Challenger with two more doors. It doesnt have to look like a Mustang, just use it’s platform and powertrain.

Yeah, the key is RWD, Looks mean and has plenty HP if you want to pay for it.

Seems like Dodge is doing well with the Challenger/ Charger models, maybe Ford should follow suit and build a 4 door sports sedan on the mustang platform?

it’s not about killing people, its about scaring people and doing damage. Hell 115 people die a day from Opioids, so really car attacks are not that great at killing people either.

If you are talking about ONE wildfire. Imagine five or six spread through out the western US. The resources to fight these type of things are shared.

The only way this would be worth it is if it was a V12, so you could take the engine out and restomod something else cool. With a V8 it is not anywhere close to worth it.

When my younger brother was turning 16, my Dad was looking to buy him his first car. I found one of these for sale that included a second parts car for some crazy low number, I tried so hard to talk him into getting them. I figured we could all work on them and make one really nice car. Alas no dice.
