This is what the should be building. Make it a sister car to the mid-engine/ rear engine Corvette, using the new Hot Vee engine they just introduced. Make it in limited numbers, make @ 1000 Corvettes w/ @ 800HP, and make @ 500 Cadillacs w/ @ 650HP but with much more refinement and luxury.

When GM finally introduces the mid-engine Corvette, they should do it in limited numbers similar to what the Ford GT did, but continue to ALSO make the front engine C7 (or C8 by then).
