Yeah, I really liked this episode. I enjoyed the way they brought together the show’s three main antagonists* into the same space and let us see their different motives and methods, which makes for a pretty broad spectrum.

I have no idea!!! That's one of the things so confusing about it! 95% of the comments that I saw about the unretouched photo were saying she looked GREAT because she did!! She looked fit, toned and very lean. It's all FUCKING insane.

Nobody cares that an unedited photo got out. The issue is that all the stuff she posts is so heavily edited it sets completely ridiculous expectations for some of the people who look up to her.
