I'm don't think Flax Seed oil is that hard to find; in fact, Costco in Atlanta sells high quality Flax Seed oil for a really good price.

These guys take huge precautions when they go out. They have emergency procedures, evac plans, and are always within feet of a safe-haven. Usually, the camera op is in a shelter of some sort and the reporter only goes out into the storm seconds before they go on-air.
