@AqueousBeef: This is EXACTLY what the government SHOULD NOT be doing. I, as an adult, don't need some governing body of politicians (acting by lobbyists funding) deciding what I should do with my family.

@Anonymoose: Well said.
@hawkeye18 has a huge gun: BRILLIANT!
@scoobydoo: That's not what it was designed to do. I mean, does your TV warm up your TV dinners?
@DirtyDogg & @John H. Meyer:
The attached video screen makes me think it's a 3D DSLR video rig.
@JimmyBanks6: Gotta give developers some time. What use is a new OS that doesn't have useable programs?
@jepzilla: BluRay in the computing world is still relatively useless. I agree, I'd like to be able to pop a BluRay in my macbook once in a blu moon (seewhatIdidthere?), but the need is low.
@jzone3: Agreed. For those of us without the time to delve into Linux-world, the OSX is the only decent OS.
@Herbert-the-Pervert: Does it have user replaceable noms or do I have to take it to a Apple store to feed it?
@tucker augie'ben'doggy: And your comment is the equivalent of what this article hints at calling American smartphone users: spoiled, ignorant and uncaring.
@SkiBum1207: Brilliant.
Anyone still wondering why Nokia is suing everyone within sight?
@unicornsauce: This has to do with freedom, how?
@bombastinator: I suppose it is kind of like price gouging. As I said above, it really should just be a mandatory state tax item, not an option.
@silkworm: I totally agree with you. I'm just saying I get the principle...as twisted as it is.
Complain if you will, but that's how it works. If you don't pay the bill you don't get the service.
Hey, as long as it's "all white-meat", I don't care how they mince it or shape it.
@Mex: JPEG is not a good format. As mentioned above, it's a very lossy format and if Google can put out a format that is less lossy (yay for double negatives) and uses less space, then the world will jump on. JPEG's get zero respect from the media world or graphics designers.
This is what happens when high-up corporate officials make mistakes. They stick to their guns and make dismissive comments about whatever technology they didn't or won't back or implement in hopes that they may be proved right.
