@JimmyBanks6: Gotta give developers some time. What use is a new OS that doesn't have useable programs?
@jepzilla: BluRay in the computing world is still relatively useless. I agree, I'd like to be able to pop a BluRay in my macbook once in a blu moon (seewhatIdidthere?), but the need is low.
@jzone3: Agreed. For those of us without the time to delve into Linux-world, the OSX is the only decent OS.
@Herbert-the-Pervert: Does it have user replaceable noms or do I have to take it to a Apple store to feed it?
@tucker augie'ben'doggy: And your comment is the equivalent of what this article hints at calling American smartphone users: spoiled, ignorant and uncaring.
@SkiBum1207: Brilliant.
Anyone still wondering why Nokia is suing everyone within sight?
@unicornsauce: This has to do with freedom, how?
@bombastinator: I suppose it is kind of like price gouging. As I said above, it really should just be a mandatory state tax item, not an option.
@silkworm: I totally agree with you. I'm just saying I get the principle...as twisted as it is.
Complain if you will, but that's how it works. If you don't pay the bill you don't get the service.

@Mex: JPEG is not a good format. As mentioned above, it's a very lossy format and if Google can put out a format that is less lossy (yay for double negatives) and uses less space, then the world will jump on. JPEG's get zero respect from the media world or graphics designers.
This is what happens when high-up corporate officials make mistakes. They stick to their guns and make dismissive comments about whatever technology they didn't or won't back or implement in hopes that they may be proved right.
@RuckingFetard: I'm a Brit. Born in London. I'd have to slightly disagree.
@VoltCruelerz: Fair enough. But as you say, "I would have done more, but I have neither the time nor the money to spend on this thing..." Given that this project took this kid 2 years to complete, I would guess that he didn't have tons of time to devote to it either. And, as someone else said, it's probably just the…
@VoltCruelerz: Ok. So build it. Then we'll talk.
What an incredible story.
@John Crane: You gotta be joking, right?
