The Lake Erie Monsters (now the Cleveland Monsters) are a pretty good and fun to watch AHL hockey team. They won the AHL championship, the Calder Cup, in June 2016, right before the Warriors blew a 3-1 lead.

Your mistake is trying to apply any sense of logic as to how the show played out this season.

They can’t change it now because they know that forced arbitration offers there best chances of resolving ongoing litigation in their favor.  They know they’d be fucked in the current cases, so they won’t do it.

All of that can happen in the books, or none if it may happen (or not that way). The show made all those things occur in very ham-handed fashion.

“blockbuster status” would have been more appropriate. it didn’t live up to the hype but it was made in the middle of Will Smith’s action star streak (Independence Day, Men in Black) and while he was already a household name (opinion) due to the aforementioned blockbusters and Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

It was a bad movie, but still a blockbuster. It made a lot of money, it starred Will Smith in the middle of his major star run. He’s fallen off the map since 2005 (guesstimate) but that was during his prime. Anyone that knows Will Smith the action star, would know that movie.
