I am a new weightlifter, only been doing it for a few months. Yesterday I leg pressed over 460 pounds, and benched almost 100. I never in a million years thought I could have so much pride in myself and my body, or that I would love lifting weights so much!

I've never seen a schnauzer that white before, but the nose is pretty sharp for a Westie. Still such an adorable face!
