Actually that’s also strong point of that Skoda. It’s got mostly normal buttons.

How I’m picturing the thieves:

Just follow the drips of oil.

you dont want to control your rear windows by pressing a touch-sensitive button to toggle your buttons to open/close the rear windows?

This is good Jalop.

With so much of Elon’s net worth tied to TSLA, and so much of TSLA tied up in continued (or expanded) dominance of Tesla, Musk’s net worth could tumble by an order of magnitude as quickly as he became (momentarily) the richest man in the world.

The Mach-E above (god, what a dumb name) has a symmetrical license plate number. That choice can’t be a coincidence but if the image is flopped, then the Mustang badge points the wrong way. So why bother with the symmetry?

If Elon just wanted to be rich, you wouldn’t know his name.

My next car will be an EV, probably within the next 2 years. Barring some galactic quality-control shift, I won’t even be cross-shopping Tesla. They absolutely broke the barrier and did wonders to get EVs more in the mainstream, but they still put out a ‘meh’ product (IMO) and basically, just don’t seem reliable

From a quick google it looks like the biggest problem is that the suspension and brakes run off a hydraulic system that uses mineral oil and if someone puts the wrong fluid in them things get expensive real fast.

The mismatched steering wheel immediately led me to believe there was an airbag deployment or other accident necessitating a replacement.

This might be the one example they can both be a nice price, and the most expensive car you ever owned after driving it a short distance.

It is a good price..from what I found just now it’s almost too good. The lowest 2001 I saw was 28,000.

Nothing stopping DeSantis from vetoing the bill and telling the legislators to fix it. I don’t live in Florida, so I’m not going to waste my time delving into every facet of their state politics.

My (mis)understanding is that, with some ambiguity and possibility of state-by-state differences, they’re generally legal in the US, just not customarily fitted. When I see them here, it’s usually on a high-end-ish European model. (And, since we are Americans, it’s probably under inappropriate conditions.)

I’ve always used flashers any time I was forced to travel dramatically below the speed limit on the highway (mechanical issue, running out of gas, thick fog, heavy rain) and it seemed that other cars were still moving at higher speeds. That seemed like a good way to indicate slow-moving travel to other cars that

No mention of mpg? Isn’t that the point of the little diesel option? How well did it do?

Pretty sure running boards are an option. Even powered retracting ones are available.

the hookers were dressed as concentration camp prisoners. he was dressed as a nazi. but he successfully sued to have the images removed from the internet because they invaded his privacy. go back and read (what is left after the purge) of the articles written at the time.

he was a fucking nazi, or at a minimum liked to

Max Mosley was a Nazi,
He liked to play SS,
Adolph’s picture,
Up on his wall,
Sure would hang you up by your balls,
He was a Nazi, not anymore,
He was a Nazi, not anymore,
He was a Nazi, not anymore,
