@picassobear: I haven't done it, but I hear it's mostly contracts. So if you like that, great. If not, you may want to go another direction. Of course, being an agent is a bit different from being an entertainment lawyer, though many agents are entertainment lawyers. But I have no clue how that whole thing

@Ms.RantyPants: I feel your pain. And I graduated in '04 when we had just rebounded from the last bad couple of years. It was all supposed to be good my year, no more firms dissolving, no more rescinding offers. But I didn't get anything.

@elijabet: Nah, you're being a regular mom. My mom was stealing our Halloween and Easter candy until I went to college. Part of the package.

@Penny_Esq: Holy crap. I'd love to be the judge reading that transcript.

@FashionZebra: Not many people have Good Friday off, actually. When working for the govt in two different states, I never got it. Not quite a big enough Christian holiday, I guess. Although in Texas we got San Jacinto Day off. WTF?

@OverThatRainbow: My sister has POTS. Totally sucks. If you eventually feel up to it, my sister's specialist says rowing does wonders.

@keyamarie: You tell Greg he must out himself to Mary or you will do it for him. I think that will do it. Cuz if you tell her it'll make things extra awkward for the two of them but if he tells her he can exercise a little more control. Either way, the cat is coming out of the bag and he needs to deal.

@Penny: As far as the baby thing, boys tend to develop more slowly while girls are quicker, especially with language.

Everyone thinks that people with unhealthy lifestyles should pay more for insurance. Until they're the ones the companies accuse of having an unhealthy lifestyle.

The only good wedding cake I've ever had was my own. Which is exactly why I made sure mine was good. Seriously, just because it looks pretty doesn't mean it doesn't have to taste good.

I adore the color, though I could do without all the goings-on in the front. It's making me want to rock some bubblegum-pink myself.

@RubiksPube: Oo, love benefit! They're actually the ones who make the foundation I've been using. Too bad they've stopped making my color. I may have to look into that.

@sunshineandbones: Very interesting. I'm similar, very pale, pink cheeks. What foundation are you using?

@SlothySilence: I am in a similar kind of place. Mine is staying-home-with-a-baby induced. Despite the fact that I have very little to do these days, I still have trouble getting the most basic tasks done.

@Erda: I love the "health care isn't in the constitution" argument. Really? It's not? Wow, then I guess we're not allowed to do it, huh? Cuz there's nothing about taxing and spending or interstate commerce or anything else in there.

@i'vemadeahugemistake: I've had one and have to keep getting them every 5 years. They put me under for mine, which I appreciated. It was a lot less anxiety, though the outpatient thing is always weird. No pain afterwards at all, just the weirdness of the anesthesia.

@piratabeata: Because law professors are sadists. Otherwise why would they be law professors?

@Plate2.18: They do. They say they don't. But they totes do.

Jezzies, I need some words of wisdom.

@curiousgeorgiana: Yeah, they are not too good with the actual truth thing.
