I can’t speak for the UK, but one of the problems that we’ve found in the US is that women often don’t negotiate for salaries as hard as men do. So it’s often just a matter of asking for more at hire.

Its worth noting the survey is not saying that people in the same positions are being paid at 70% of their male counterparts.
Its just taking the aggregate pay of women in the company and comparing that to the aggregate of men. Only 8% of Rockstar’s senior staff are women, that’s going to skew the result quite a bit.

These guys are being deliberately misleading. The pay is not from equal work. It accounts for overall and compares salaries of executives with entry level jobs.
