How about a stop sale on all Hyundai and Kia products until they are fixed? Impound all of the vehicles affected and send the bill to them? Sending a strongly worded letter is like politely telling car thieves to please not.

If I were a city planner, I’d probably try to get a bunch of street parking spot wireless charging pads similar to the sensors for traffic signals. But actually? Who knows.
They should pass some legislation banning these “micro-transaction” subscription nonsense as well. I know the OEMs are trying to save money by simply “turning features off” via software, but it just makes me angry that it’s there and not usable. Just sell a fully functioning vehicle and cost cut in some other way. Or…
I’d buy my dad a fully loaded Lightning or Rivian. His truck runs ok, but it apparently won’t start if the wheel isn’t straight.
Additionally, I really hope that the entire game industry unionizes.
Nintendo really ought to consider bringing in some legal/PR consulting as they’re doing a lot of damage to their own reputation with these kinds of moves. Sure the outrage is mostly contained in our niche nerd circles, but we talk to our peers. Eventually people will start to see the mean spirited bully behind the…
With the increases in battery costs coming, I feel like the available options for EVs are going to be 40-50k penalty boxes, 70-80+k pickups, and maybe a foreign brand CUV or two at 35-40k. I’ll stick with my Civic for another 5 or so years.
If my interpretation of the Steam Deck giveaway rules is correct, you have to be watching the show on the Steam video player in order for them to pick you for a win? I previously thought registering to win was all I needed, but now I’m not so sure.
Having worked with Adaptive Cruise systems at my previous jobs, I was always amazed that Telsa/Subaru went with only camera-based systems. Radars goof up same as the cameras do but having the redundancy of both is nice.
How would they enforce this though? Detection of unauthorized code in the client software? I feel like they do a terrible job at this though. I haven’t been in a public lobby without someone discussing mod managers for a while now. Not sure how those people evade bans. Must cheat their progress right back with new…
The good news here being that they finally separated PVP and PVE balancing in the last patch, so they can nerf and buff to their hearts content.
I want to share a brief moment where I got to sit down and have a QA session with some of the folks at Volition that has stuck with me. We were visiting from Purdue University back in 2011, and got to ask some questions after a brief tour of their office in Champaign IL. I vividly remember asking them if they were…
Considering how widespread this issue is, how have the OEMs not done anything about this? (Cost/apathy my guess) Couldn’t this component be shoved up into the car further embedded in the floor and not just dangling from the underbody?
Ugh...another game without bots. So after finishing the solo campaign, Splatoon 3 becomes an only online game again. You’d think since the Switch is played on train rides they would understand that some players don’t always have internet. Do the trains over there have internet? I'd tell Nintendo via feedback that I…
I used the Rivers of Blood + standard longsword with Ice damage that I pumped up to 25 to beat her, so maybe try ice buildup. It functions similar to bleed and has the benefit of slowing her down a little too. She was by the most annoying boss, but there are still ways to cheese her. Keep at it. You’ll get there. The…

You can do these solo, just head over to the big yellow U on the map after the IAA guy calls you. I ran through them all last weekend. Once you complete them all, you can then go to the jobs tab in the pause menu and run individual missions whenever you like.
Did you try accessing the Terrorbyte computer in a “Closed Friends Only Session"? I’m pretty sure it worked for me last week. I tried a “Cargo Vehicle Source” mission, which sadly didn’t have the temporary double payout.
I think based on previous reporting, a whole bunch of auto loans defaulting.
This is something that I’ve been very curious but extremely hesitant about for a while. I saw random posts on Twitter about hackers taking over your computer and decided to heed those warnings. It seems like Steam VR already offers this kind of thing via the “Environments“? Obviously without the mod support mentioned…
