Gov believes it was already illegal for @TeslaMotors to sell cars in MI: "At most, it clarifies the existing requirement in Michigan law"

It's not just a Michigan thing. If you really want to see some convoluted laws requiring a third party to sell your product, look at the brewing industry.

Have we forgotten the NSX already? fo SHAME!

Flat-landers have to use the hand-brake because they don't get much practice on hills. I live a few blocks away from the steepest street in the world, and I see no need to use my handbrake on it either. It's all about knowing your engagement point.

Wow, way to shit all over dealerships and their employees in yet another way... Extended warranties are perfectly fine for anyone who is risk adverse. There is soooo much paperwork involved in any transaction today that business practices like this work for about 2-3 months before the shit hits the fan. In no way is

Coast in gear! You'll have the negative consequence of engine braking, but the injectors do not use any fuel when the throttle is at 0%. Versus out of gear where the car is idling and burning fuel.

Not only that, but they actively petition companies to pay to join their accredited group so that they can get A ratings.

Agreed. BBB ratings aren't worth the used toilet paper they're issued on.

I've only used them in NYC and San Diego, but I have used them quite a bit. The prices aren't always cheaper than a cab, but the experience is much better. The black car/SUV service is great. Uber Family is also pretty wonderful if you're traveling with a youngster.

Key point that was overlooked:

I have never heard anyone in the real world complain about Uber, only on the internet where I can't be sure people actually use it. If you don't want to pay 7x the normal rate, you don't have to. It requires you to explicitly authorize the "surge pricing" before you get a ride and it will give you a quote for your

I happen to share a birthday with His Hoffness. This year, my wife bought me this shirt that I shall wear every July 17th.

Which is why you make a diminished value claim.
